Sometimes I think resolutions should be made in February. This way you really have time to think about what you want to accomplish for the year. The year ends with so many celebrations that I haven’t had time to think about what happens after. Mostly what I’ll do when work starts back up again but if I think about what I want to accomplish, it’s mostly how much sleep I want to get (which is important too). I need to focus on myself and wellbeing, but also take things one step at a time. My expectation was that I can accomplish anything but I can’t start that without taking care of myself first.
At this point I’m just ranting…
